A handover date in writing
The contract sets the handover day and the penalty for delay if the delay is ours. Your calendar counts as much as your budget.
Fixed price, no extras mid-project
An itemised quote, line by line. Any change is priced and approved in writing before it is carried out.
We do not save on what you cannot see
We can find you a cheaper tile or laminate if the budget needs adjusting. Plumbing, electrics and plasterwork are untouchable.
Licences, regulations and certificates
We process the council licence, build to the Spanish building code and hand you the certificates, the final works certificate and all the signed paperwork.
Three-year guarantee and insured works
Public liability insurance throughout the work and a three-year written guarantee on what we built. If something fails, we fix it.
